After great consideration, NewWave has made the decision to voluntarily wind down our business over the coming months. This decision comes with mixed emotions, but we believe this is the best path forward for our company.

During Our Wind Down Period:

• Our Frederick Distribution Facility will be closed on 12/31/2025 and we are accepting no further orders at this time.
• The Finance Department will be staffed and continue to operate through 12/31/2026 to handle all financial related matters, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
