The service call center has new hours of operation; they are now open 8 AM - 8 PM, EST, Monday through Friday. All customers with 24x7 contracts have been notified of the change in hours. Simultaneously we launched a new online form for requests to be sent any time of day! Customer and partners alike have asked for this option and we're very happy to deliver the new, online service request form. |
