Current Customers
All customers (existing and new) need to complete an Electronic Commerce Users Agreement in order to access the secure portion of our site. This area includes account management tools, online ordering and complete utilization of the product area.
Have the Electronic Commerce Users Agreement signed by an authorized employee of your company, and designate one individual as the Administrator. The Administrator can  then assign site rights based upon your employees needs. You may fax the EC Users Agreement to NewWave at 301-948-5883 or mail the application to:

New Customers
To gain access to the secure portion of our site you must first become a NewWave customer. Click here to find out how to sign up today. Once enrolled, you will also need to submit an Electronic Commerce Users Agreement. You will then receive your user ID and password. Prior to becoming a customer, please explore our site. You’ll find it filled with product information not typically available in traditional sites.  Once you are signed up, you’ll have the appropriate access rights to see what’s behind door number two! 

End Users
Only companies who provide us with a sales tax exemption form are eligible to become a customer. If you are an end user, we encourage you to explore our site. You’ll find our product section will help you understand your options and make better buying decisions.
