Real Time Data Available through XML web Services

Price and Availability
When your company submits a price and availability request for an item number, NewWave ’s XML Web Service will immediately return your price from NewWave and the availability of the item at all NewWave Warehouses.

Order entry
When your company places an order for one or multiple items the order will immediately be electronically submitted to NewWave, saving you administrative time and improving your accuracy.

The customer can designate:

• Warehouse location – East or West Coast
• Ship complete requirements
• Shipping Carrier

The customer will automatically receive an e-mail order acknowledgement confirming receipt of order.

Order status
When your company requests the status of an order, NewWave's XML Web Services provides a real-time update of where your order is in the delivery process, immediately giving you the information you need to service your customers. Order Status provides the following:

• In Process
• In Credit Review
• In process: Order being verified

Upon shipment, the customer will automatically receive an e-mail shipment confirmation with complete shipping and tracking detail.

Order Summary
A request for the order summary provides complete order and invoice detail by line item, including all relative information about the specific transaction, including shipping and tracking number.

Support Requirements

Integration of XML Web Services can require specific technical expertise from your staff. NewWave is here to assist your technical team but does not provide consulting service for the integration to your systems. To support XML Web Services you will need the following:

• The programming ability to support XML integration
• An Internet connection capable of performing an HTTPS POST function
• A static IP address
• A valid NewWaveTech..com Users Agreement with log-in and password
